Additive Manufacturing Services and 3D Printing Solutions
Elite provides state-of-the-art additive manufacturing services and 3D printing solutions utilizing Carbon DLS Technology™.
Carbon Digital Light Synthesis™ (DLS) is the photochemical process that uses both light and oxygen to build parts. DLS™ works by projecting UV images generated by a digital light projector, through an oxygen-permeable window in a reservoir of UV curable resin.
Harnessing Carbon Digital Light Synthesis™ 3D Printing Technology
Carbon DLS produces outstanding part quality with great detail. This cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology allows us to achieve the complex part features and close tolerances that many of today’s 3D printing projects demand.
Elite uses Carbon’s M2 3D printer powered by Continuous Liquid Interface Production (CLIP) technology.
Carbon M2 3D Printer Specifications:

Turning Your Concepts into Fully-Functional Products and Prototypes
By utilizing additive manufacturing services, Elite is able to rapidly produce a tangible item that you can touch, feel, test, and show off to your prospective clients or manager. One of the most difficult steps when getting a new product developed is proving that your design can actually fulfill the need for which it is intended. With additive manufacturing, you can now use your sample as a proof of concept to illustrate firsthand the advantages of your design.
The Advantages of Carbon DLS™ 3D Printing Technology
- Material Flexibility: Carbon DLS accommodates a versatile range of engineering-grade elastomers as well as rigid materials, providing material flexibility to your project.
- Suitable for Medical, Pharmaceutical: DLS 3D printing works with a range of sterilizable and biocompatible materials, suitable for medical and pharmaceutical components.
- Quick Turnaround and Rapid Production: With the rapid production speed that DLS technology affords, Elite is able to reduce turnaround time and minimize your time to market.
- High Quality and Consistency: DLS 3D printing produces highly consistent isotropic parts which can be designed to be both leak-proof and airtight, thus accommodating a wider range of precision product applications.
- Premium Part Finishes: Finally, DLS technology produces parts with an excellent surface finish. A premium finish helps your products and prototypes stand out from the crowd and/or reduces your post-production finishing requirements.
